Cancellation Policy

1. Program Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the program to be eligible for a full refund. 

2. Process:
Contact us at lisa@lec.fyi to cancel your registration. Include your order details in the request. 

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation of Arena Subscription

Cancel your subscription with full refund within 1 day of making payment.
